As such, Caravans4Sale is not responsible for the information contained within them as Caravans4Sale is merely providing these links as useful sources of information for those parties interested in caravans, motorhomes and campsites in Ireland.

Caravans4Sale has no responsibility over the information contained within the advertisements found on the site. It is up to potential purchasers to verify the details as accurate or true. Contact, correspondence and any transactions are made directly between seller/advertiser and purchaser/user without any involvement or responsibility by Caravans4Sale.

All information including, but not limited to, photographs, item descriptions, logos and images are protected by copyright and are owned and/or controlled by Caravans4Sale.

You acknowledge that all trade names, trademarks, logos, trade and business names, website design, instructions and database rights are solely owned by Caravans4Sale. It is not permissible for these to be reproduced, copied, published, exploited or distributed in whole or part, without the express permission of Caravans4Sale. Logos attributed to individual caravan, motorhome and accessory brand or make names are the property of their respective owners.

Caravans4Sale reserves the right to remove any advertisement that breaches the terms and conditions contained herein and/or prohibit any further advertisements being placed by that registered user. Caravans4Sale has the permission to refuse new user registration if it is felt that they are being deceptive, fraudulent, breaching the terms and conditions or misusing the site in any way.

Private advertisers have to pay the appropriate fee/charge for each caravan they wish to advertise on the site.

Advertisers availing of any FREE advertising offers that Caravans4Sale will run from time to time will be notified by email when the promotional period expires. Advertisers need to confirm whether they wish for their advertisement to continue and pay the appropriate fee/charge immediately by the chosen method preferred by Caravans4Sale. Should no confirmation be received, the advertisement will be removed from the site but the user’s registration details will remain on the site for future use.

Trade Advertisers: There is no restriction on the number of caravans a trade advertiser or business can place on Caravans4Sale, once the appropriate fee/charge has been received by Caravans4Sale. It is the responsibility of trade/business advertisers to inform users/potential purchasers that they are selling caravans and/or motorhomes and/or accessories in the course of a business.

Individuals advertising more than 3 caravans, motorhomes or caravan accessories within a 12 month period will be deemed trade/business advertisers and will have to pay trade/business fees/charges/rates accordingly.

Privacy: Caravans4Sale will require a contact number and email address for all users registered on the site. The email address will be used for the sole purpose of contacting users regarding their registration or advertisements. The email addresses will not be published in the advertisements but users can email sellers through Caravans4Sale who will forward on any emails/enquiries to the registered user, keeping their email address private.
